Bloom Photography Portrait Studio is located at 73 Wyong Rd, Killarney Vale on the Central Coast of NSW.

Director Shannon Cotterill has a long history and a love of photography. Shannon founded Bloom Photography in 2002, and ran the portrait & wedding business from home while raising her three young children.

She then started with a small studio at Bay Village, Bateau Bay in 2007 but has quickly outgrown the premises and relocated to Wyong Road.

There Shannon & her husband Anthony have created a spacious, professional and inviting studio that is all about making people feel relaxed and at home. Special attention has been made for the smallest of clients – newborns and toddlers! There is a baby change table and feeding area, and a kid’s corner to entertain and make the ‘Bloom Experience’ an enjoyable one.

Wedding Photographer Sol Towson has worked as Shannon’s wedding assistant since 2006 while completing his studies, before branching out and shooting weddings exclusively for Bloom in 2009. He has proven to be a fantastic, fun and enthusiastic member of the wedding team. Clients love his style and creativity, and Shannon is very happy to have him on board as a member of the Bloom family!

Studio portrait photographer Kat Martin has extensive experience photographing preschool aged children - so we love having her at the studio, if Kat can't make a child smile then no one can! Kat is a very talented & creative photographer and also assists as a second shooter at weddings. We feel very lucky to have her as part of Bloom :)

Studio assistant Nadina Jones has been a part of Bloom for many years now & has a wealth of experince helping out at the studio for portrait sessions and as a second photographer at weddings. Nadina has an eye for detail & is an essential part of the Bloom team.

Shannon's husband / business partner Anthony Cotterill also has a great eye for photography, and will often be the second shooter at weddings. Anthony really is the backbone of Bloom, doing alot of the work that goes on behind the scenes, and building the never ending list of ideas that Shannon comes up with for the portrait studio!
