Yes certainly, we are happy to accept payments whenever you would like to make them. Alternatively you can pay the balance one week prior to the wedding if that suits you better. A $400 deposit is required to initially secure the date and package price for you. We accept cash, cheque, credit card and eftpos.

Generally it’s 3-4 weeks after the wedding. We will book you in for your ‘viewing’ and you will get to see your DVD slideshow for the first time! You will also get to view your album design (which takes 3-4 weeks to be printed from the day we order it) and you get to take home your high resolution CD and DVD. We believe in having everything ready for you in a reasonable amount of time, who wants to wait 6 months to see their images or get their album!?

We feel it helps your day run much smoother, on time and relaxed to have two of us present. Our second shooter will shoot ‘from the side’ throughout the day to capture candid moments and different angles to the main photographer. They are also very valuable in helping to organise the family portraits and guest shots at the reception. Bottom line is that we want you to truly enjoy your day, and leave the rest to us!

Yes! You are the one that will be looking at it for the rest of your life, so we want you to be 100% happy with the design. We do the initial draft and get you to come into the studio to view it and make any changes. If you want to add any text such as your wedding vows, readings or poems we are more than happy to include those for you too. It makes your album really personal and something you will treasure forever.

Yes! We feel it’s fantastic to add music that you had featured on your wedding day, it really adds to the emotion of the slideshow.

Yes! We feel it's inportant for you to have all the original files from YOUR wedding day to look back on. We give you complete set of 'original files' and also your retouched disc of images (amount of retouched images depends on the selected coverage). The retouched CD is the one you would do reprints & enlargements from, they have been colour corrected, blemish removal performed and enhanced to ‘finish’ them to a professional standard. We want your images to look the best they possibly can! You will also receive a mixture of colour, black & white and sepia and we do not charge extra for this service - we believe it’s a part of what you pay for in the initial package!

The Australian Institute of Professional Photographers (AIPP) selects individuals based on their level of skill, business ethics and practices. Applicants must put their work before a panel of judges, must have studied or worked in the industry for at least 2 years and have the required insurances to even be considered for selection.

If you book an AIPP Accredited Photographer for your wedding, you can feel safe in the knowledge that they truly are a ‘professional’ and not doing this as a hobby.

The AIPP regularly holds seminars on image making and business practices, which we often attend. We feel it enables us to expand on our knowledge and improve our ability - and inspire us to be better photographers!
